1961 R50/2 Frozen engine

I picked up a complete '61 R50 that was sitting in a shed for 35 years.
The owner got off the bike, parked it, and never touched it again.
Of course it needs everything but my question is in regards to the frozen engine.
Does anyone have any ideas how to free it? Over time I have tried everything from Marvel Mystery to
penetrating oil and it won't budge. Its locked up tight. I realize it needs to come apart but thought I might try freeing it first.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't know where Marvel Mystery Oil ranks as a penetrant, but it might be better to try something like Aerokroil, PB Blaster, or a 50-50 mix of acetone and automatic transmission fluid. You'll probably need to fill the cylinder totally and keep doing that so that penetrant can get to all areas. Can you remove the valve covers and pull out the pushrods? Maybe even try some forced air in the plug holes to really move the penetrant around. If this doesn't free things up in 1-2 weeks, you'll need to start removing the heads so you can really see what's going on.

Don't know what Aerokroil is but I will remove the covers & try to pull out the rods.

Once you have the heads removed a simple plate bolted to cylilnder that has a grease fitting inserted in it can be used to hydraulicly push the cyllinder off the piston. Be sure that you have removed the cylinder base bolts first.

Try Coca Cola. I used it once to free up an old BSA engine some time back.
