Welcome! I don't believe the VBMWMO has any members from CH. Are you near Schaffhausen? I haven't been to that area, although I've been fortunate enough to go riding in the Alps a number of times.

My first new bike was an '81 R65. I thought it was a great bike! I put 56,000 miles on it and travelled all over the US west coast.

I am in Milano, so I am close.

For BMW information in CH, contact Mark Huggett in Holderbank. He is well connected and supplies parts to BMW and Mobil Tradition. His excellent website is:

Ciao,

Frank here. Down in the Rheintal. Just wondering if there are any other board members in Switzerland.

I just got started with a 84 R65 (Ex St Gallen Police Bike).

Is there a BMW scene in Switzerland?

Thanks

Frank
