The place to discuss the R 90 S as well as the R90S Worldnet archives!

Hi Peter, both the R90sWorldnet members as well as the Vintage BMW
Motorcycle Owners members are from all over the world.
They are both international.

Thanks Peter,

I am fairly new to BMWs, having bought my first as a project just before COVID (an R100RS) and shortly thereafter a 90S project. This forum has proven invaluable to me and many of the members helpful so if it's information can be transferred to the vintage BMW group (also really helpful), that would be great.

Richard.

Mac,
Appreciate your work over the years. I for one think it's a smart move to VBMWMO.
Once the move was made from Yahoo, I always found the group mesages a little clunky.
Now I just need to re-up my membership at VBMWMO.
Best,
Kelly

I love the move, I'm in that website often.  Member there for a few years now

Mac,
I support your proposal.

Full disclosure, I am already a member of VBMWMO.

Mac,
Thank you for your leadership on this and the VBMWMO club to which I am also a member. Migrating the data to the VBMWMO site makes sense. I will claim some ignorance on groups, Listserv's, and social media in general so this may be a dumb question. Will this change how we receive notices that there are posts regarding the R90S discussion/topics? Put another way, I currently receive an occasional email that lets me know that someone has posted. I click the link in the email and enjoy a respite from whatever I was doing (like work) and engage or just read the current topic. If this info gets moved to the VBMWMC Owners club website, will I still receive the email notices that I get now or will I need to remember to log on to the website and proactively seek this experience rather than getting the nudge via email?
Thanks for the clarification.

Mac, some years back you were looking for a cap for hour tire pump. I just
ran across in my collection of parts. Do you still need it to make your
beautiful bike complete?

I found that part Joe, thanks. I think that “some years back” was over 10
years, Yikes. Thx again,

Mac
