Hi Dennis
No rush. I totally understand not wanting to drive in crappy weather!
The number is cast into the underside of the fender right where the metal mount goes. If you have one and can spare it, that would be great.

So the DO fender has a different part number than the SS fender?

Richard,

The front fender on your R90S is not unique to the R90S. Since you stated that you are going to have all the bodywork painted, you may as well just look for any good used fender used on the R90/6, R100/7 series…save yourself lots of money, they are found everywhere.

Todd

Hi Dennis

I'd be interested in your spare front fender if the part number ends in 933. The paint condition is not important as the bodywork set I have will need to be painted anyway. Can you confirm the part number cast into the fender (photo?) and the price you're asking?

Thanks in advance,

Richard.

I believe so. I don't know what that number is right now but it is in the parts catalogue so I could look it up if you needed it.
Richard.

That is a very good point Todd.

As far as part numbers the SS and DO have different part numbers only to differentiate the paint.

Hi,
The front fender on the R60/6, I just bought, exactly matches the front fender on my R90/S. I'd like to replace it with the proper R60/6 front fender. The part number on my existing fender is 46611234916. I'll also need the rear fender bracket for it also.

G’day Dennis,

My workshop is 25 km away----------gee mate that’s nothing to a R90S rider, you’ll be there within a few minutes---well today I took out the R26 easily covering twice that distance, afterwards followed by the K and after lunch spent the afternoon riding the S through the mountain range behind me.

It’s all in a day’s work mate

Cheers

Guten Tag Frank,
LOL... I know, I know. 25 km in OZ is nothing at all.

But, I believe it’s Summertime in your neck of the woods, and well, it’s not here.

It’s colder than a well diggers ass and snowing. I have to dig the car out and pray it starts.

Stay cool...
