I bought mine off Amazon -
This is a great book. It's not a technical how-to book in my opinion - more of an archive of model nuances in incredible detail. It's a must-have. If you want more of an actual in-the-shop restoration guide, check out the Barrington books.

Try getting it from a second hand book shop
Google the title and author and see where it pops up - even on page 15 of your search! Click on images, which will give some leads as well.
Got mine like that all the way from the Australia at 1/3 of the Amazon price.
