Jordan, congratulations! That's really excellent! Nice fairing on your bike, too, is that an Avonaire?

Thank's, It's a wixom fairing, the tag says made in Long Beach but the model number very hard to read. I had to replace the plexi with a peice I bent with a heatgun but other than that it is in good shape and the bags are craven's with the usual 40 years of wear but the latches still work.
What a long strange trip it's been

Looks like a Wixom Ranger...I've got one on my R69S... Mine has four mount points - 2 off the top of the triple tree and 2 to extensions that are bolted to the top bolt through the front shock. I've heard of Wixoms that have only three mount points...the third one being at the bottom in the center.

Fast. Neat. Average. Friendly. Good. Good.

I just had to toot my own horn, my 1967 R69S won 1st place at the beemerfest in SLC sponsered by the Beehive Beemers and the Fort Douglas Military Museum. It was a very nice event and there was a wide variety of bikes on display I really liked the 2nd place winner a beautiful R100 but I am glad I voted for my own as the tie for second was only 1 vote away from first.
