Cover for garage dings

Post by comjohn »

Hi,

I am trying to protect the R69S from accidental "garage dings". I have been throwing some old quilted mattress covers over it and that is actually working. But they do not fit well and I wondered what others in the group did. Are thick covers available that work well?

Thanks

I like the Dowco Guardian weatherall plus. Have 2 of them in XL. but they hang to the floor. So maybe just a large better. In door/out door . Fairly thick material. Lower 1/4 has heat resistant material for hot (warm) exhaust. Insert at front top inside, for windshield protection if you have one. They last for yrs. Amazon.com has them for $82-$94. I have been using Dowco cover products for 25+ yrs.

I use harbor freight moving blankets. I don’t really need a snug fit, just something that will keep things from getting dinged up.
