Hot and Cold.
Then I heat the hub with my souffle torch.
And it almost fell right inn, a little persuasion was necessary.
No problems with the beer to report.

Air Filter
I decided to just remove the paint and leave it bare. What do you think? Is a good remainder of the very hard life Zenaida had in this past 62 years.

The strangest thing.
And I just realized the nipples were smaller too and to compensate someone pluged with paste the holes in the rim smaller to accept these nipples.
They used some sort of cement that crumbled when I used a ¼ inch brill bit, BY HAND, NO DRILL to clean each of the 36 holes.
Can you see how small the holes are, and inner rim had a lot of glue from duck tape.
I used the drill bit to clean the holes BY HAND. Always following the direction for the spoke.
This is the residue that came off the holes.

Big difference!
I can finally roll it out of the lift to work on the other projects while I wait for the humidity to drop and paint the lines, apply the clear coat on the fenders, tank and light bucket.

Hi Kurthschrader7032 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 05, 2020 1:04 pmWhat is the part number for that? I can't find it on the fiche. I'm wondering if that is some kind of "beauty ring" designed to hide where the axle enters the hub.
Is part 35 on Huggett 34 11 2 060 170 Mudguard it covers the bolts of the hubcap.
