Well, I learned 2 things today of my R69S

I took my bike for a ride today on the I-5 for the first time. After ridding around the back roads. Only rode 38 miles since the last gas fill up. So wanted to check the oil and top off with gas. I usually use a gas can from home so dont know what kinda gas mileage I get. Just top her off and took .085 gal. Now thats less than one gallon but gives me an Idea how far I can go.
Next wanted to check the oil. Took my gloves off to get a better handle on the dipstick.... bad Idea. Forgot dipstick maybe hot. SOB, put gloves back on. Im so used to the "Looking Glass" on side of engine for oil level I guess.
So there ya go, I can go further than 38 miles on a tank/ dont unscrew the dipstick while hot...dumbass.
