R69s batteries

I need to replace the battery on my 69s restoration project. Who makes a battery that is the correct size and look?

Uli's has the Blitz type with sealed battery whgich looks period.I bought one from S.Meyer and it was a vintage case with a sealed battery stuck inside.......I would have bought the Blitz one had I known it was a sealed unit.On my R60/2 it came with a perfectly good white Yuasa battery,and I simply spray painted it black and stuck a vintage "Bosch" sticker on

You can gut your dead battery for the case, and find a suitably sized sealed lead acid (SLA) battery.
