Air pump and steering lock

Post by metoo »

Hi,

I have 2 issues with my 1968 R60/2 that I need advice from this forum:

1) I've bought new air pump but it looks like it's too small, do I miss something?
2) I would like to install steering lock. I've seen online several models. what kind do I need?

The part number for the fork lock is 32 32 9 016 007. They are available new, you can order one. On the nose of the shaft of the lock, is a small spring. Before you install a new frame lock, LOOK in the hole, see if the spring is still there. If not, order one of those also. The part number for the spring is 32 32 9 016 104

The power steering pump can sometimes get stuck or jammed if debris finds its way in. Or, the power steering system could spring a leak, dinosaur game leading to a loss in vital power steering fluid.
