So after some more testing I discovered the powered wire to the RR turn signal had an internal break under the seat in the harness. (Blue wire with black stripe. ) Right where the tool container rubs against it and the frame.
The wire seems somewhat brittle and has some small cracks and it was wrapped with electrical tape in this area. I wiggled it while doing a continuity check with my VOM and it would go on and off.
I suppose I’ll need to cut out a section and solder in a new patch. I hate to cut into the harness, but seems there aren’t many good options at this point.
