Re: re-bore or upgrade to 1000cc ?

I recently purchased a 1993 R100GSPD that has the T1101100 Big Bore 1070
Kit installed. As a somewhat "younger" BMW rider all I can say is: "Holy
smokes is that bike fun to ride!" In my view, if I already had to look
into reboring, re-lining, etc, I would spend a fraction more and get the
1070cc upgrade. Sadly I have no idea what this upgrade does to MPG
averages, previous owner had no data (pre/post upgrade) on that. Don't we
all log our fuel & oil consumption? LOL
