Dual Plugging or Not?

Dual plugging helps to produce a little more power, it helps to burn lower
octane gas, it helps to lessen the possibility of pinging, but it
introduces more complexity with 2 coils, 2 more plug wires and plugs which
is more that can go wrong, it is more work and cost, and it makes the bike
less original, if you care about that.

For the benefits, it is hardly worth the effort, unless you ARE solving a
problem. Do you have a running problem?

On the other hand, if it makes you feel good because you "did" everything,
well then it is worth it to you.

OTOH, you could also contact Seibenrock and install a 1,000 cc kit, which
is more cc's, Nikasil coated cylinder walls, lighter pistons compared to
stock, better piston design, etc.
Other possibilities:
Convert the heads to larger intake valves (44mm) and seats as in the 1,000
cc bikes.
And convert the heads to 40 mm headers, with larger diameter exhaust
(Keihan in the UK has 40 mm stainless headers and mufflers).
And get more power, but far more cost and labor.
The possibilities are endless, titanium valve keepers, etc:
Then larger brakes, reinforced frame & swing arm, to go with the faster
engine, etc.

But where do you stop? And why doesn't one just buy a modern bike with
better "everything"? (I know why too, but it is so individual.)

Many have pursued all the above and more. It is very interesting.

OR you could just ride the wonderful bike, and buy something else that
appeals to you instead, for the money.

Or take a riding course and practice to become a better rider, which will
likely get you the most improvement in skill and enjoyment overall :-)
