My R60/2 came with the US "high bar" and it is in excellent shape.I am replacing it however with the European style low bar.I however do not want to spend the $180.00 for SS clamps Benchmarkworks sells,so I will reuse the ones on the bike.There is a risk however of ruining them if I pry them open too far to remove them,so I have 2 options.
1. cut out a 1" section of the handlebar to remove the clamps (ruining the nice original handlebar) or............
2.If someone wants a very nice handlebar,they can send me 2 new SS handle bar clamps and I will send you back the mint US handlebar and original clamps.
Just putting this out there,just in case someone wants this and I don't have to relegate a nice set of bars to the trash bin after I cut them
