I haveyyyy the 110 Conti Classi Attack on my '75 R90s and there is adequate but not excessive clearance- perhaps 1/4 or 3/16" on the center stand. If you can exchange the 120 for the 110 without an excessive penalty, I would do that.
Of course if the Metzler fit you may be ok. And the tire would be brushing against the swingarm on the far edge of the tread, not the sidewall.
PS I love the tires although not much mileage yet so this is a subjective review
