Texas is a pretty big place. You could go a little further and send them to Bore Tech in Batavia, OH: http://www.bore-tech.com/

Boring is a specialized task. Darryl provided one source. Ted Porter in California does this as does Tom Cutter in Pennsylvania.

General service could be had at:

Boxers by Bruce - Arlington, I think
Perry's Motorcycles and Sidecars - Ft. Worth

There are some dealers around which should be able to handle this. DFW BMW for Dallas/Ft Worth and Alamo BMW in San Antonio.

A few smaller shops, I'm sure...

If you are near Dallas I can help you measure for roundness, ball hone and install rings. If you need to bire the cylinders I can recommend Ted Porter though turn around times are about 3 months.

Can anyone recommend anyone in Texas to hone/bore my r75/5 cylinders and recondition/replace piston rings?

Thanks
