Well the issue returned and I found the culprit. The float needle seat is loose for some reason. Basically it drops while driving. I don’t know how it got like this. When I replaced it, I used a puller and I believe it was tight when I put it in. I tried putting a new seat in from bing but it was also loose. Any recommendations on what to do?
I can probably machine a new one out of brass. Just weird that it got like that.

Use some kind of gas-friendly Loctite to hold it in place?

Called bing. They said to use an aluminum epoxy. I don’t like that idea. But that’s my last resort. I think I might try machining a new one.
