R75/6 oil breather valve disk type

Post by Andey »

Just reading on Snowbums site about the earlier disk type...

There’s a clip position compressing the spring holding the disk in place... Why would the 75/6 and 75/5 use a different clip position? Shouldn’t they be the same setup?

(Can’t seem to attach an image)

My Haynes manual says the same thing. Must be something that the engineers figured out.

As for pictures, try reducing the size of the image on your computer before uploading. Shoot for a size of about 1Mb.

That’s a little reassuring to know... especially if there’s multiple sources... thanks!
