Given the symptoms, unfortunately it is not likely to be a five minute fix.
If you leave the bike in neutral, can you turn the engine over using the front crankshaft bolt?
That would tell you if the engine is seized up.
If the engine turns over, then I guess it's probably going to require you to pop that gearbox out.
