Hard for me to imagine ur single vibrates more than my Harley
No problem with mat glass batts in it

I like how at idle the light dims...its resting for the next run lol

I'm still waiting to check out his LED bulb.
I'm looking for the old timey 45/35 watt bulb

Does anyone have a source for a 6 v 45/35 headlight bulb ?

U could just use a test light with one terminal to batt + & the other to the terminal on ur tranny
Do u have gud ground connections on the engine?
Do ur other lights work ok?
