wiring diagram

Hi there,

would somebody out there have a wiring diagram for the R69S with 12V generator (or alternator, not sure what the right translation is. The alt/gen is similar to the /5 stuff)? Maybe also a picture how that looks like under the tank.

thanks and best regards

I would also recommend to

I would also recommend to check more on the carb side. On my old Harleys with manual advance mechanism, the difference in idle revs is not as high as described above. I would assume there is something stuck in the throttle mechanism

my 2 cents

I think I read that in NA these idle jets were changed to 40 to adjust for the gazoline. Not sure where I read this, thou...

thanks Guys, it is the latest

thanks Guys, it is the latest version (U-shaped spring). Question is, why did they put there a spring in the first place if ignition should not be advanced before 39 degrees? Funny is, I tried the same procedure with my R50/2. Same thing: S @ idle, F @ around 2.500 (don't have a rev counter on that ...

However, first things first: I am in my mid50ties and spending most of my time in the southern part of Germany (BAVARIA, half way between Munich and the Austrian bord...
