LED's for plungers?

OK, I'm sure all the LED's are the same in the bucket, what about an Eber tail/brake LED for the plunger assembly? NOT the amber lens version.

Steve,
Are you sure you wouldn't rather have a beautiful '52 R67/2 with a Hoske tank to haul that? I'm seriously considering selling mine.:-)

Grant, yes they are designed

Grant, yes they are designed to be interchangeable and I wouldn't worry too much about keeping them exclusively front or rear as long as the splines are good. I would even think it would be beneficial to swap them every year or so to even any wear on the tires and splines.

I assume it has a 35:9 final

I assume it has a 35:9 final drive? You can try an R67/2 drive at 32:9 to get a better top end but acceleration will drop.

Ja!

Tommy, you beat me to it. Your '52 should have straight headers and the 190mm wide center stand. I'd like to see some pics of BOTH your plungers!

32:10?

Don't know of any final drive with that ratio. As I said, the 32:11 of the R60 is really close. Are these available speedos the cheap re-pops?

I looked through the manuals

I looked through the manuals on John's Beemer site and no model is shown with .715 ratio for Kph speedos. Your's is in Kph, and with BMW logo? Possibly, the R60 with a ratio of .70 actually used a .715?

Nice!

Looks expensive though, and that lid! It makes me wonder what Hoske was thinking by putting threads in that didn't match current badging. I'd like to find copper M4 screws to match the badge but I think that is only a dream. Do you ever fill it? I'm afraid with that much weight up high it would make...
