I needed a key for my toolbox

I needed a key for my toolbox tank. At the dealer (this is MAX BMW which stocks a lot of vintage parts), they tried 3 or 4 types that they had in stock, one opened it and was correct for all the other locks. It's no like they made a lot of different types. I recall the 2 keys that I eventually bough...

I just saw that too and feel

I just saw that too and feel that the buyer/winner of the auction got a pretty good deal for that set of originals. I've never seen a pair of Danny's in person but from pictures they look to be much better quality, fit & finish than the originals. But of course... they are not original. A Paradox, H...

I actually don't know enough

I actually don't know enough about and wouldn't bother to flush my old '69's engine however it is close to 50 years old so not a new motor or new engine build described. However... I have a marine big block (454) out for complete rebuild and refurbish right now that is very close to being completed....

Your conversion pictures

The first photo shows the dual contact 1157 LED bulb that I am using. The second shows the assembled lamp installed in the saddle bag, and the third captures the turn signal as it blinked. This is the Amazon link for the bulbs I used. They are quite bright and not too expensive. The SMDs go all the ...

I like the look of the Davida

I like the look of the Davida helmets. I have an old open face DOT Bell that I sometimes use around town but not of a long trip or highway. I know that anything can happen at any time... even just puttering around town. That being said it's personal choices. When I ride in a state that does not requ...

I do not think the bags are

I do not think the bags are original as the real-deals were textured. However... they could have been somehow coated for smoothness if in poor original condition. I'm saying that because they look on the inside and back pretty crude and maybe an amateur fix. The original Enduros are/were pretty crud...
