Adjusting Koni Shocks

Jon, Did you ever get the info on how to adjust the Koni's? I am thinking of buying some, and am worried they may be too stiff. I want something former than stock, but nit too harsh. I am looking at Ikon's which I believe are same as the old Koni's?? Any comments or suggestions?

Thanks,
Jack
