Hi Allen,

I did have a pinched wire which caused a short on the throttle side turn signal. It took some time to track down, but its fixed. Thanks for the advice.

I finally have solved the issue, there was a some really hard crud stuck near the top of the bowl I scraped the crud off and made sure the bowl was smooth on the inside. I had the same issue with my horn. I ordered a new one and I was very disappointed when I opened the box. Its small and just doesn't look correct. So I worked on my old horn and with some cleaning, its working again.
