Your compression is low. should be around 120-130 psi.

The only way for the transmission to totally drained out is leak from the lower oil remove bolt or a crack in the housing

Try spraying starting fluid to the air filter inlet. If it stars immediately, your problem are the carbs.

The Germans count the 4 four holes in the slide needle from the BOTTOM UP. Americans want to count from the TOP DOWN. When Bing says the 3rd position, it is UP from the bottom, but as I always explain, it is the 2nd position DOWN from the top, that they usually run the best. so, if I understand you...

First check valves gap (when engine cold), spark plugs gap, and timing before dealing with the carbs.

Check bulbs, check wires on the main board, maybe wires come loose
