Hi, is that a Hoske / Werner Reinschlüssel tank ? I have a 40L = 10.5 US Gal one, serial number 1123. I've only seen a couple in pics and only 1 other in the flesh.

Re-thread to M14 X 1.5, then easier to fill and you can use a drain plug.

Why have you earthed the flicker to the mounting stub ? normally there is an earth ( brown ) coming through the mounting stub. Earthing on the stub might not work, the "ears" holding the headlamp are rubber ( read "electrically insulated" ) mounted over the stanchions. Mounting l...

To me, it looks as if your mufflers are swopped left and right. Try swopping.

Hi, switches et al same as K series bikes. Go look for a K ign / key switch from a boneyard if you really can't find. "Click" in mounting same as K. I have a 100GS "clone" and I've used an airhead 3 position switch on it. Fits the hole and has a round nut tightened with a peg spa...
