I'm having a hell of a time finding a battery for my 65 R50/2. Everyone I call including Yuasa tell me it take months before in stock. any suggestions?

I check the bulb and it's good. I did notice it's lit but very very dim. It's usually bright green when the bike is running. but it appears not lite at all. Can it be something in my charging system??

On my head light there are two lights…red & green. My green light doesn't aluminate. Does anyone know why?

I've restored many Harleys in my time but this is my first BMW. Have 300 miles on the restore and LOVE it! Question: I'v noticed about a mile before shutting off the bike I turn off the fuel…when I go to restart and turn fuel back on…it starts with no problem…one kick. If I forget to turn off fuel …...

I've just restored the bike. It's on it third bore. New pistons and rings.

What fuel I should be using for my 1965 R50/2? I non-ethanal best? Or the high octane?
