'51 R25 engine won't stop when key turned off

The project from hell is almost finished. I have one final head-scratcher. When it hit the CA shore, the overseas "restored" machine needed almost everything redone. So now, there are new parts everywhere, including a new main harness and one of the last Rocky Point ignition switches (it c...

Re: R25/3 throttle cable replacement

I went through the same mystery tour of internal cable when the owner wanted to add bar-end turn signals. Interesting design.

Re: Size resistor for R27 LED charging light?

Sorry, I've been heads down with /5 cafe build rewire, R25 main harness rewire, GS fab project...and the usual K alternator failure. Always something different around here. Oh, and an Airhead campout up on the coast last weekend..great fun . Which means this R27 got put on the side for a bit. BUT..a...

Re: Easy Clutch

easy clutch.jpg Mainly install these on /6 and /7 but also an R67, some /2, and a few GS bikes. There are some bikes where the issue was not so much the bike clutch but the rider's left hand strength. More than a few have said their bike now shifts like it has a hydraulic clutch.. two-finger clutch...

Re: Size resistor for R27 LED charging light?

Yours looks like mine! Missing the D+ terminal..and cut off in the same manner.

I think tomorrow I'll take the D+ wire off the DF terminal and attach it directly to the blue wire,,then I'll have a home for the B/B wire on the DF. Then see if I blow another charging light bulb
