Diode Board 12V Conversion Question

Hello everyone!
R60/2, 1968. I converted to a 12V alternator (bought from Vech a few years ago), and am taking the bike on a long ride this winter. I carry a spare of EVERYTHING, and for this, I bought a spare set of brushes. (From a K model). The only issue is I understand that if you have a battery problem, you can fry the diode board from the conversion. This would leave me stranded. Is there a spare diode board for this kit? Thanks!
