On my 74 r90s what kind of coating was on the side stand, cad or flash chrome. also the rear foot peg mounts was also
cad coated???

Sorry no one has answered.

I can't say for certain what finish was used, I only know I chromed the side stands on the R90 I built years ago. It was not intended to be a show bike or entered into shows so it didn't matter to me to have the correct stock finish. St.

You can, but if it isn't specifically about the sidestand finish, you might be better off creating a new thread.

Go back to the R90S World list of posts (use the breadcrumb near the top here: "Home < Board index < General Discussions < R90S World" and click the R90S World link.

Then click the New Topic button, just under the R90 World title.

Fill in the subject and write your question, then click the Submit button underneath.

If you want to upload one or more photos, click the Attachments tab under the Submit button.

Please post a picture of the SS with the remaining example of the finish. If the SS finish resembles the rear reflectors Wurth has silver wheel paint that will match.
