Walzentacho, like this? Was it called that because it walzed round? Lovely bike and patina.
Well, I suppose that could be!
In German, a "Walze" is a "roller" or "cylinder" that moves - like on a "steamroller" ("Dampfwalze" in German). So, suspect it refers to the spinning display inside the speedometer, which to me appears to actually be conical, but I may be mistaken.
I like the idea of it relating to a musical waltz!!!
