What is the best method to remove the wiring harness from the motor prior to removal

According to the shop manual (available for free in the "Knowledge Base" Technical section), the harness remains with the frame when the engine is removed (after disconnecting the various generator connections, brushes, etc.). The manual procedure seems fairly straight-forward--just review it once and you can probably proceed by informed intuition.
