Thanks for the update on that product. I'm going to order some and give it a try on my carburetors too. I like the way yours came out.

Good luck.
I did stick a spare piece of ally in for about 2 hours to see what would happen? It goes real dark..which can be cleaned off, but I would stick with the recommended times and dilution.

So i polished Tappet casings
Made a tool
Works ok, I drilled two hole sizes in it and tapped threads

Thanks for the update on the product. I will stick with the recommended times and dilution of the solution once I get it. I have ordered it and now waiting for it to ship.
