How for God's sake do you fill oil into the front forks?

Each side takes 130 cc but the top fork's openings does not allow the oil to flow freely inside, and it takes me a lot of time.
Do you use a syringe?
Is there a method to fill them up?

So there's no #11 on the top of your forks?

On my /7, I found a small funnel which I could stick into the opening once the fill plug was removed. It did take some time because air has to come out to let the oil in. But it's not that much fluid.

What model? For my R 75/5 I just poured it in from the top, then worked the fork up and down by hand. 4 or 5 pumps was enough to get it balanced.
