I'm working on a 1960 R69. I have the turn signal switch but the screws are missing. Does anybody know what the threads are for the three terminals inside the switch ??? Has anyone taken one of these apart ??? If I pull that circlip inside the back of the switch, is it gonna go boing with tiny little balls and springs flying across the room, never to be seen again ??? Thanks.

Find a store in your area with a good supply of metric hardware...I find Lowe's has a decent supply. Go in with the knob and keep trying the small ones you find to see if one fits.

Any good hardware store should have the correct size
I like a store that has nuts and bolts in a bin not plastic bags to check fitment

Not hard to take it a part but don't loose the e clip as is is also metric and will be hard to find locally
When putting it back together position the switch in a vise and use a pencil magnet to position the e clip and then push the e clip in with a small screwdriver

Also should coat the inside of the switch with dielectric grease

I recently bought a switch from BenchMarkWorks. Assuming it is a reproduction and the repo is same as an original...
Screw is M2.5 (x0.45 pitch) x 4mm length. I'm measuring the length from under the head to the tip at 3.8mm actual, but assuming that is just tolerance for 4mm length. Head is 5mm diameter, pan head Phillips.
