Push Rod Tube Install

Any info available for a depth measurement for new push rod tube installations? Bike is a '55 R50 and it looks like the depth Brook used in this link for an Airhead is the same based on measurements of 3 of my 4 current tubes.

Unless I am missing it, I don't think it is referenced in the Barrington book, I didn't find anything via Google, and I went back a dozen pages or so in various message boards to no avail ... so I figured I would just turn to the brain trust here ;-)

Thanks

I don't know that I've seen a measurement for the tubes. Usually, the tubes are driven into final position when the cylinder is bolted to the engine case. A special drift is used and the goal is to get some squish of the seal...too much and the seal will split over time.
