'92 K75 bleeding rear brake

Post by r67boxer »

I just installed a rebuilt rear master cylinder, reattached banjo bolts etc. with new crush washers and have now bled the system. Or so I thought. The rear ABS unit continues to spew a few small air bubbles every time I pump the rear brake and bleed the system. The rear caliper in contrast is not showing any sign of air bubbles. The ABS unit has been bled more than 20 times. Am I missing something?

Update: a fellow on the BM site suggested I depress the rear brake peddle several times and then hold it in that position overnight and then bleed the ABS. It worked.
