Hi,
An old version on e-bay :

Is it better than the new one ?

What bike do you want it for? This manual is for the /2 and the early /5s. Seems like you would want a more specific manual and a newer one that might have been updated a time or two...probably better pictures, too.

I see you are new, so welcome!
Do yourself a favor and just pony up for the Barrington book that covers your bike. Clymers is like the National Enquirer of manuals.

Thank you all,
Actually I'm not new with my R50/2. Beyond the official BMW manual (not very good) I already have a good French manual : Feneautrigues.
I just would like to have a different view of maintenance.

Barrington or bust. I have the Clymer, the Factory too and in a combination they are all worth it in the long run, but the Barrington is the best. Clymer is the least but it's $20, so it's a value for that.

Honestly, I check out youtube alot. Barrington has a channel and it's excellent and covers all the basics. Other people have tutorials and some great stuff.
