Please see a video link:

Would love to know what’s the device name?
And is it accurate?
I would like to purchase such.

(Edit: changed the link to correct video.)

At the bottom of the video is says "MOTOMETER syncro test tool". I googled that and find them out there on the web. There are many versions of these things, pricey and cheap:

- TwinMax
- Colortune
- Carb Balancer
- Mercury Carb Stix
- EMPI Vacuum Gages

What about making a liquid manometer? http://obairlann.net/reaper/motorcycle/manometer.html

Balancing the carbs can also be done by using your ear and a screwdriver to short the plugs out. The idea is to get each cylinder to pull the same RPM when running by itself.

Found this picture on FB..
Rather than drilling into your carbs to install a barbed test point, do it in the spacer.

Since I brought the term up, here's what I meant by EMPI:

https://www.amazon.com/Empi-Universal-C ... B0075AW6CI

You can use the search term in the upper right (hey, it works now!!) and search for it on the forum...been discussed before.

The EMPI synchronizer is reasonably priced and works well. Especially for those of us who can’t synch by ear.
