Not that I'm getting to old to ride a sport bike....but I am! Any suggestions on getting a more upright riding position on my 1991 K75S - I know I can't lower the foot pegs and the only handle bar risers (with setback) I can find are from Siebenrock and I assume this would require all new cables and brake line. Anyway, I would appreciate any feed back.
I have a 92 K75RT and love it. I found the bars uncomfortable on long rides however even on the RT. BMW does make bar backs part# BB1. I got them from A&S Motorcycle in Roseville Calif. There are 2 versions one with half moons as part of the casting to fit in the existing fork head and one without. Don't know about the S. I did have to reroute the stock cables but after removing the tank it can be done. I did need to have a new 18" front master cylinder to ABS fixed line fabricated. Rotated the bars up as far as they go and a Gorbin Gunfighter seat. I'm 79 and this is my only electric start so it gets most of my riding. Only complaint is it's a bit top heavy at low speed.
