Correct timing mark position

Post by GGresty »

I doing a upper and lower refresh+timing chain replacement on my R75/6 (vin: 4946786), what is the best way to confirm I using the correct timing marks on the cam and crankshaft sprockets....I don't want to be 180 degrees out??
Also, is the right or left cylinder Number 1?

Thanks
