Rust-pitted cylinder

Post by Darryl.Richman »

Bunn, I moved your discussion to the more appropriate topic of Classic bikes.

Unfortunately, I don't know of a machine shop in KC. It sounds like you're trying to avoid shipping them off. I think there's a fellow named Geoff Goff in Memphis who has a good reputation (but I have not had any work done by him).

If you might consider shipping, Bore Tech has been getting good reviews.

Use google to find these folks.

Rust-pitted cylinder

Post by VBMWMO »

I am seeking recommendations for a machine shop in the Kansas City area to overbore my R90/6 and replace the wrist pin bushings. As an alternative, any information on seviceable used cylinders would be appreciated. Thank you.
