It seems that I was wrong. My RTV sealed plug is holding just fine. All the oil on the right side of my bike is crank case blow-by coming out of the seam at the base of the right jug. I tried re-torquing the head but at 30 ft-lbs. nothing moved. -see my post on crank case blow-by.

Time to pull things apart and check, something is wrong. Not sure what you have for a crankcase vent system, perhaps that needs investigating? See if Snowbum has any write ups on it. Good luck, St.

LOL, places west and south of us got hit hard by snow up to three feet in one night. We here in Spencerport got one inch. The lake effect winds off of Erie and Ontario tend to go around or over us. St.
