Follow up?

There are a few posts here where it would be nice if the person asking for help and advice would be so kind as to provide follow up. Did your problem get resolved, if so, how? Did you find a source of help you could share?
If you still haven't solved your problem, don't worry, you are not the first person to do so. If you keep the post alive, maybe someone will answer.
