$900 for a R75/6 can be a fair price depending upon just what kind of shape the bike is in. The picture shows a bike with some cosmetic issues but doesn't give mileage, so I won't comment on stealing the bike you didn't.

A fair buying price most of the time reflects upon the condition of the bike at the sale the majority of the time. So, a pristine low mile bike for $900 would be a VERY good price, the pictures show an average bike as far as I can see.

Just because it is a BMW means nothing in the long run. The bike market is soft, airhead BMW bikes are starting to flood the market as the owners age out of riding, not that there were ever many BMW airheads to flood the market as Harley bikes. Even used Harleys are hard to sell as there is a shrinking market for them as well.

With time, you will find out how good a deal you got as you ride it. Hopefully, nothing bites you, enjoy. St.

I just re read my answer and I think I may need to clarify it a bit.

In the case of this bike based on the pictures alone and the information at hand regarding how long it has sat or not, what the mileage is on it, and the past maintenance history, The price paid for it is more than fair.

Enjoy it, St.

Turn signals are wired right. Up=left, down=right.
