Is this a modified /5 or /6 tank or is it an aftermarket item ??? Thanks.

I think it's a real thing. RealOEM shows tanks w/ and w/o the tool box for /5 and /6 bikes.

It looks like a factory tank. Maybe for police use. I've seen it before, but don't recall where. Possibly in Germany.

Germany...that makes sense. It was for sale on eBay from Germany.
