Turn Signals ...... I went over the wiring diagram several times and didn't find anything out of the ordinary. After that I went back over the photos I took while disassembling the bike. I discovered there was a short jumper wire between two of the terminals on the turn signal relay. Long story short ... I installed the jumper wire and everything works.
Any idea's?

New arrivals to the shop today. Hand painted pinstripes on two tanks and two fenders. Im going to be very busy tomorrow.

Sorry for the delay. I have been searching for oil leaks, tuning the bike and going over everything twice. The only thing keeping me from taking a long ride today is the gas cap however, the new cap is scheduled to arrive today. Instead I took it out for a quick look around the neighborhood. I like it.

Thanks guys.....
I put another 10 miles on her today. She is smooth, peppy and a pleasure to ride.
The biggest issue I have is a leaky gasket at the final drive/drive shaft. The book calls for 100-150cc of gear oil but I can't find a torque setting for the 4 nuts. I hate just clamping down in fear of stripping or breaking a nut or bolt. Ive been through 2 gaskets already. If anyone knows the torque value please let me know. Thanks

I finally found a painter who does bikes and is not charging sky high prices. Fingers crossed he does a good job for me.
I can't wait to get back on the road.
You did a nice job in your restoration and it was nice to take the pictures to share with us. Sorry, I am not as organized so taking pictures would have just been crazy for me.
To add to the restore of the bike, I am now in the process of renovating my garage workshop so the bike is on the back burner. My friend who is doing the garage was not supposed to be able to get to it until later in Feb. By then, I had hoped to be done with the bike. So, LOL, both are in a state of chaos. St.
