Anyone know where I can find the needles on the speedo for 1972 R60/5?? My needles is gone into tiny fragments, due to the sunlight I think..

I think you're going to need to work with a repair house...internal parts were never sold separately. Possibly a salvage yard such as Airhead Salvage might have a used instrument cluster around.

Overseas Speedometer in Austin, Texas, gets good marks. A small independent guy named Terry Vrla is also a good repair guy.

I have 2 good used complete speedos on the shelf if that helps.
